1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and names, structural characteristic codes and usage characteristic codes, and model compilation method of special-purpose vehicles and special-purpose trailers.

This document applies to special-purpose vehicles and special-purpose trailers that are designed, manufactured and technically characterized for use on roads.

This document does not apply to special vehicles, modular unit vehicles and hydraulic suspension trailers for civil airports.

In terms of design, manufacture and technical characteristics, it is used to carry specific personnel, transport special goods (including special structures for the cargo area), or equipment
