Scope

GB/T 14411-2008 is the English-translated version of 轻型燃气轮机控制和保护系统.

GB/T 14411-2008 sets the requirements for the control and protection system of an aero-derivative gas turbine. It fixes the control functions and the performance of the control system, the protection given by the protective system, the protective devices and the tests they must pass.

The digital electronic control must be redundant, fault-tolerant and self-diagnosing, with modular hardware and a standard communication interface, and general requirements follow GB/T 10489.

Manual, semi-automatic and automatic starting are described, along with purging, normal and emergency shutdown, synchronisation, the instantaneous speed limit, the output power limit and the environmental conditions.

It applies to gas turbines for land-based power generation and mechanical drive; turbines for other uses may refer to it. It replaces GB/T 14411-1993, was issued on 18 July 2008 and has applied since 1 January 2009.

Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 14411-1993 "lightweight gas turbine control and protection systems." This standard and GB/T 14411-1993 compared to the main changes are as follows.

--- Modify the standard scope (Chapter 1 of this edition);

--- Modify the requirement is purged (Excerpts 3.2.1.5);

--- Complements the normal stop and emergency stop requirement (Excerpts 3.2.3.2,3.2.3.3);

--- Increased synchronization control, the instantaneous speed limit and the output power limits (Excerpts 3.3.5,3.4.8,3.4.9);

--- Complement the performance requirements of digital electronic control system (this edition 3.4.3.2);

--- Deleted environmental testing provisions (1993 Version 5.3);

--- Modify the requirements of the digital control system, integrated into 3.1 (Chapter 7, 1993 edition);

--- Modify the protection and monitoring of the signal parameters requirements (Excerpts 4.3.4,4.3.5);

--- Increase the environmental conditions (Chapter 7 of this edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the light gas turbine (hereinafter referred to as GT) security control system control functions and performance requirements, protection systems Protection and protective devices and test requirements.

This standard applies to terrestrial power generation and mechanical drive gas turbine control and protection, the gas turbine may refer to other purposes.

2 Normative references

The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this standard and become the standard terms. For dated references, subsequent Amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this standard, however, encourage the parties to the agreement are based on research Whether the latest versions of these documents. For undated reference documents, the latest versions apply to this standard.

GB/T 10489 General requirements for light turbine

3 Control system

3.1 Basic requirements

3.1.1 gas turbine control system should be able to meet the need for control, regulation, monitoring and protection functions, as well as a high degree of reliability, safety And availability, should be consistent with GB/T 10489 requirements.

3.1.2 digital electronic control system should be redundant, fault-tolerant and self-diagnostic function. System hardware should be modular, universal, and easy maintenance. Control software should have excellent real-time, fault tolerance and security, programming convenience, easy to use.

3.1.3 digital electronic control system should provide a good man-machine interface, convenient connection with other control devices, is scalable and open Caving.

3.1.4 digital electronic control system should have the standard communication interface. The system can exchange data through the use of open communication interface with the outside world, Standard communication protocols, should be able to easily integrate into the upper system.

3.2 Control Function

3.2.1 Start
3.2.1.1 Overview

Starting from the beginning until the gas turbine auxiliary equipment to reach the empty load speed (slow speed) the whole process of starting the process. Starting manual Start, start semi-automatic, automatic starting, etc., may have to start a program, starting times and special start functions.

3.2.1.2 Starting method

3.2.1.2.1 Manually starting device according to supply and demand sides agreed programs. Manual start requires the operator to manually start auxiliary device Equipment, and gradually complete the start-up procedure until you reach the empty gas turbine load speed (slow speed).

3.2.1.2.2 semi-automatic starting aids manually start, but by the time the operator should operate the gas turbine automatically subsequent full Unit start-up process.

3.2.1.2.3 automatic start start command is issued by the operator, automatically complete all of the gas turbine start-up process.

3.2.1.3 Starting Process

To start the process of a complete set of start-up procedure to ensure reliable ignition and fuel supply as required, so that the gas turbine rapid, stable, Reliably reach the empty load speed (slow speed). Typically, with the turbine speed or by varying the starting time of the fuel supplied to the curve. Such as Necessary, should be able to fix this by starting curve ambient atmospheric pressure and temperature. Other parameters may also change or correction curve control start burning Quantity.
