This document conforms to GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

1 Scope

This document specifies the tooth profile, basic parameters and dimensions, applicable scope, and internal volume of the screw expander rotor (hereinafter referred to as "rotor"). Compare with the reference value.

This document applies to screw compressors with a working fluid temperature not exceeding 450 °C, a pressure not exceeding 10.0 MPa, and an inlet/outlet pressure difference not exceeding 3.5 MPa. Expander.

3 Terms and Definitions

3.1 Center distance

The distance between the two axes of the male and female rotors.

3.2 Pitch diameter

The diameter of the rotor engagement pitch circle.

3.3 Root height dedendum

The distance from the root of the female rotor tooth to the tip of the male rotor tooth to the pitch circle.

3.4 Tooth tip height

The distance from the tip of the female rotor tooth to the pitch circle.

3.5 Length-diameter ratio

The ratio of the length of the screw section with the profile to the outer diameter of the male rotor.

3.6 Lead

The distance the screw end face profile moves in the direction of the rotor axis as it rotates once around the rotor axis along the helix.

3.7 Ribs for sealing

the tip of the female rotor teeth/Grooves for sealing the root of the male rotor teeth.
