This document stipulates that during the project bidding and contract period, the complete set supplier shall provide information within the scope of its technical and contractual responsibilities. 4 Complete Set Manufacturer Information

4.1 General Requirements Before issuing an inquiry, the purchaser should fill in the data sheet (see the example in Appendix A of GB/T 14099.3-2009) and the "package supplier document" List" (see example in Appendix A). The data sheet in GB/T 14099.3-2009 is used to clarify the scope of purchase during the procurement phase. The data included in the "Complete Set Supplier Document List" The form can be used to meet the purchaser's further information needs. The "Complete Set Supplier Document List" is a supplement to the data sheet in GB/T 14099.3-2009, which determines the documents that the purchaser can submit during the contract execution phase.
