GB/T 13868-2009 — This standard provides for the establishment of general conditions sensory analysis laboratory, layout area (inspection area, preparation area and office, etc.) and construction requirements of different regions and should be achieved.

Provisions of this standard are not specifically for a certain type of product testing. NOTE. Sensory analysis laboratories both for sensory evaluation of food, but also for non-food sensory evaluation.

However, for a specific purpose, into the laboratory needs Adjusted. For a particular type of testing or testing products, especially for non-food sensory evaluation, laboratory design often needs to be modified.

While many of the basic principles are similar, but not covered by this standard in product testing or special inspection of internal quality control inspection it requires inspection facilities.

3 Terms and Definitions

This standard uses the terms and definitions GB/T 10221 in sensory analysis.

Principle 4

Laboratories should be designed.

--- To ensure that the sensory evaluation under controlled conditions were known and minimal interference;

--- Reducing physiological factors and psychological factors on assessor judgments.

5 Laboratory established

Sensory analysis laboratories established should vary depending on whether the use of existing or new laboratory facilities renovation.

Typical laboratory facilities generally include.

--- For individuals or groups to test the sensory evaluation of the area;

--- Sample preparation area;

---office;

--- Dressing room and bathroom;

--- Supplies storeroom;

--- Sample storage chamber;

--- Reviewers lounge.

Laboratories should have at least.

--- For individuals or groups to test the sensory evaluation of the area;

--- Sample preparation area.

Sensory analysis laboratory should establish evaluators readily accessible place, and unless taken measures to reduce noise and interference should be avoided construction GB/T 13868-2009/ISO 8589:2007
