GB/T 12311-2012 — This standard specifies the difference in determining whether a perceptible sensory or similar method exists between samples of two products. This standard method Forced Choice program.
This standard applies to one or more sensory index difference between the presence or absence of judgment. This standard applies to differences in the characteristics determined (ie the difference is neither determined by the difference between the sample size and scope, there is no difference on behalf of any feature shown).
This standard applies only to a completely homogenous sample. This standard applies to the following. a) determining --- Produce appreciable difference (three-point difference test); --- Appreciable difference (three dots similar test) did not produce, for example.
When the ingredients, technology, packaging, transport or storage there is a change of the time. b) Preferably, training and inspection assessor the standard statistically than two - three inspection (by the GB/T 17321 regulations) more effective, but limited to finish strong and (or) palate the use of long-lasting products.

Foreword
Rules of the criteria based on GB/T 1.1-2009 given draft.
This standard replaces GB/T 12311-1990 "Sensory Analysis Three test." Compared with GB/T 12311-1990, the main technical Surgery changes are as follows.
--- Added "Terms and Definitions", "principle", "assessors" (see Chapter 3, Chapter 4 and Chapter 6);
--- Remove the "Method Synopsis", "equipment" and "sampling" (see the 1990 edition of Chapter 3, Chapter 4 and Chapter 5);
--- "Test conditions and requirements" itemized the specific conditions (see Chapter 5), rather than reference to other standards (1990 version 6.1 Reference GB/T 10220);

--- "Test step" and "the results and interpretation of the expression" (see the 1990 edition of Chapters 7 and 8) is changed to "program" and "Analysis and the expression "(see Chapters 7 and 8);
--- Added "precision and bias" (see Chapter 10);
--- Deleted Appendix A, Appendix B "answer format," adds statistical tables and examples.
This revised standard adopts ISO 4120:2004 "Sensory Analysis Methodology three o'clock check" (in English) and ISO 4120.. 2004 phase Ratio, this standard has been adjusted technical differences, specific adjustments are as follows.
a) on "Normative references".
--- With GB/T 10221 instead of ISO 5492:1992;
