Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part

1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting. This document specifies the technical requirements for food quality. For food safety requirements, please refer to relevant laws, regulations, policies and food safety standards. document. This document replaces GB/T 13211-2008 Canned Pears in Syrup. Compared with GB/T 13211-2008, except for structural adjustment and editing, In addition to the changes in performance, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The scope of application has been changed and the statement "no preservatives added" has been added to the product description (see Chapter 1,.2008 Edition Chapter 1);

b) Deleted the terms and definitions of "canned pears in syrup", "broken", "halved pear pieces", "broken pear pieces", and "diced pears", and added "stone cells" The terms and definitions of "irregular pieces", "debris", "poorly processed fruit" and "blemishes" (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2008 edition);

c) The product classification and code have been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2008 edition);

This document specifies the raw and auxiliary materials, sensory requirements, physical and chemical indicators and other requirements and inspection rules for canned pears, as well as the labeling, packaging, marking, transportation and other aspects. It describes the contents of transportation and storage, describes the corresponding test methods, and gives product classifications and codes for the convenience of technical regulations. 3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Stone cells The flesh of the pear has hard cells with thick lignified secondary cytoplasm.
