Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part

1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 12419-2005 "Classification, Equipment and Construction Requirements for Container Highway Transfer Stations" and is in compliance with GB/T 12419- Compared with.2005, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The definitions of the terms "standard container", "annual container transport volume", "annual container storage volume" and "flat container space area" have been changed (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.5, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, and

3.6 of the.2005 edition);

b) The definition of the term "annual deconsolidation volume" has been deleted (see

3.4 of the.2005 edition);

c) The level conditions have been changed, and the requirements for facilities and equipment configuration of container highway transfer stations of different levels have been added (see 6.2,.2005 Version 6.2);

d) The requirements for major building facilities, container yards, production support and living service facilities, parking lots, and station roads have been changed (see Chapter 7, Chapter 8 of the.2005 edition);

e) Changed the requirements for transport vehicles, information management systems, metering equipment, safety and firefighting equipment (see 8.1, 8.6, 8.7, 8.8, 2005 edition 7.1, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8);

f) Added requirements for container intelligent identification equipment (see 8.9);

g) The nature of the appendix "Container Conversion Units" has been changed to informational, the content of container conversion units has been changed, and non- Conversion units of standard containers (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the.2005 edition);

h) The nature of the appendix "Calculation method of main building facilities area" has been changed to informational, and the formula of B.7 plane box number has been added. The meaning of D and T, and the value of the Kg coefficient (see Appendix B and Appendix C of the.2005 edition);

i) The nature of the appendix "Calculation Method of Major Equipment Requirements" has been changed to be informative (see Appendix C, Appendix B of the.2005 edition). Please note that some of the contents of this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document does not assume the responsibility for identifying patents. The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 TEU (twenty-feet equivalent unit) A unit of container statistics conversion based on a 20ft1 container.
