Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB 29753-2013 "Safety Requirements and Test Methods for Refrigerated Trucks for Road Transport of Food and Biological Products" and is consistent with Compared with GB 29753-2013, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---Changed the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2013 edition);

---Added the terms "refrigerated truck", "non-mechanical refrigerated refrigerated truck", "cold storage plate", "mechanical refrigerated refrigerated truck", "mechanical refrigerated and heated refrigerated truck" "Car", "multi-temperature refrigerated truck", "refrigerated unit" and their definitions (see 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9);

---Changed the terms and definitions of mechanical refrigeration device, driving temperature recorder, air leakage multiple and heat transfer (see 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14,.2013 version 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.7);

---Added the classification of non-mechanically refrigerated refrigerated trucks (see 4.2);

---Changed the classification of mechanical refrigeration refrigerated trucks and added Class I mechanical refrigerated refrigerated trucks (see 4.3.1);

1 Scope

GB 29753-2023 is the Chinese national standard on road transportationperishable foodstuffs and biological productssafety requirement and test methods of refrigerated vehicle, in the field of road vehicles engineering. It carries no /T suffix, which in the Chinese system means compliance is mandatory: a product or a practice within its scope has to meet it to be lawfully made, sold or carried out in China. It was issued on 8 September 2023 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 January 2024. This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods and markings of refrigerated trucks. This document is applicable to the refrigeration of road transport of perishable food and biological products using completed vehicles or modified Class II and III chassis. 3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 perishablefoodstuffs A general term for foods that are prone to spoilage when stored at room temperature or in circulation.

3.2 biologicalproductbiologicalproduct Immunological preparations or biologically active preparations made by biological technologies such as genetic engineering, cell engineering, and fermentation engineering.

3.3 refrigerated vehicle refrigerated vehicle It is a special vehicle equipped with a compartment with an insulating structure and a temperature adjustment device for refrigerated transportation.

Note. The cabin with thermal insulation structure is composed of hard insulated side walls, doors, floors, front panels and roofs, which can limit the heat conduction between the inside and outside of the cabin to the total transmission The car body is within the thermal coefficient.

3.4 Refrigerated trucks equipped with non-mechanical refrigeration devices that use liquefied gas, cold storage panels, etc. as refrigeration sources.
