Foreword

This document was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020 Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents.

This document replaces GB 26920.1-2011 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for commercial refrigerating appliances - Part 1: Remote condensing unit refrigerated display cabinets, GB 26920.2-2015 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for commercial refrigerating appliances - Part 2: Self-contained commercial refrigerated cabinets, and GB 26920.3-2019 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for commercial refrigerating appliances - Part 3: Refrigerated vending machines. Compared with GB 26920.1-2011, GB 26920.2-2015 and GB 26920.3-2019, apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) the scope has been changed, the products covered now also including commercial ice makers, soft ice cream machines, mechanically refrigerated/heated containers, refrigerated vehicle bodies with mechanical refrigeration/heating for road transport, railway mechanically refrigerated wagons and mechanically refrigerated mobile cold stores (see Clause 1; Clause 1 of GB 26920.1-2011, Clause 1 of GB 26920.2-2015 and Clause 1 of GB 26920.3-2019);

b) the definition of and requirements for the "evaluating value of energy conservation" have been deleted (see 5.2 of GB 26920.1-2011 and 4.6 of GB 26920.2-2015);

c) the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and the energy efficiency grade indicators of the products have been changed (see Clause 4; Clause 4 of GB 26920.1-2011, Clause 4 of GB 26920.2-2015 and Clause 4 of GB 26920.3-2019);

d) the requirements for light transmittance in the calculation of TDA for commercial refrigerated cabinets have been changed (see 4.1.1.2 and 5.2.1.5; Clause 4 of GB 26920.1-2011 and Clause 4 of GB 26920.2-2015);

e) requirements for test packages for commercial refrigerated cabinets have been added (see Annex A);

f) energy efficiency requirements for commercial ice makers, soft ice cream machines, mechanically refrigerated/heated containers, refrigerated vehicle bodies and mobile cold stores have been added (see Clause 4, Clause 5 and Annex C).
