Foreword

This document is a recommended national standard for food quality.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 20978-2007 "Soft Ice Cream Machine", compared with GB/T 20978-2007, except for structural adjustment and editorial In addition to the changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification and naming, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs related to soft ice cream machines. Packaging, transportation, and storage requirements.

This document is suitable for commercial use of soft ice cream machines and on-site production and on-site sales of soft ice cream with a rated output of 100L/h and below. Soft ice cream machine.
