1 Scope

GB/T 25730-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the purifier in a flour mill - sieves and an air current together separating endosperm particles from those still carrying bran, which is the step that decides how white the flour can be made without losing yield. Issued on 31 October 2025, it has been in force since 1 May 2026, replacing GB/T 25730-2010.
