Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 25235-2010 "Combined Cleaning Screens for Grain and Oil Machinery". Compared with GB/T 25235-2010, the main differences are in the structural design. Aside from integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---Terms and definitions have been removed (see sections 3.1, 3.2, and

3.5 of the.2010 edition);

---Added terms and definitions (see 3.4, 3.6);

---General requirements for welds, castings, mechanical and electrical equipment, and air classifiers have been added (see 5.1.4, 5.1.5, 5.1.8, and 5.1.9);

---The mechanical performance requirements have been revised (see 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.2.7; and 6.2.1, 6.2.2, 6.2.3, 6.2.7, and

6.2.8 in the.2010 edition);

---The mechanical performance requirements have been removed (see

6.2.9 in the.2010 edition);

---Added mechanical performance requirements (see 5.2.4, 5.2.5, 5.2.8, 5.2.9);

---The process performance requirements have been changed (see 5.3.1, 5.3.3, and

6.3.3 in the.2010 version);

---Added process performance requirements (see 5.3.4);

1 Scope

GB/T 25235-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering the combined cleaner at a mill intake - the sieves and aspiration that take straw, stones, dust and light seeds out of incoming grain before anything else happens to it. It replaces GB/T 25235-2010. It was issued on 28 January 2026 and has been in force since 1 August 2026, replacing GB/T 25235-2010. The document is under the responsibility of the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration. 3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Stones that are similar in shape and size to grains (or oilseed particles) mixed in with grains.

3.2 Screening This method utilizes the difference in particle size between material particles and impurities to separate impurities using a sieve surface.

3.3 Destoning This method utilizes the difference in density and suspension velocity between material particles to separate adjacent stones using airflow and a destoning screen.
