Introduction
Food preservation, food hygiene, and food safety are receiving increasing public attention and importance, and refrigerated display cases play a crucial role in the food distribution process.
Its role is crucial. GB/T 21001 aims to unify the definition and testing methods of refrigerated display cases in China, and consists of four parts.
---Part 1: Terminology. This section aims to standardize the terminology and definitions used for refrigerated display cases used in the sale and display of food.
---Part 2: Classification, Requirements, and Testing Requirements. The purpose is to standardize the structure, characteristics, and performance requirements of refrigerated display cases, and to unify the manufacturing process.
Requirements for testing conditions, testing methods, classification methods, and grading methods for refrigerated display cases.
---Part 3: Testing and Evaluation. The purpose is to supplement the testing and evaluation methods for the safety and performance of refrigerated display cases.
---Part 4: Classification, Requirements, and Test Conditions for Ice Cream Freezers. The purpose is to clarify and standardize the classification of ice cream freezers.
Requirements and test methods.
With the rapid development of global refrigeration equipment technology and the deepening of international trade, the standardization of terminology definitions in the field of refrigerated display cases has become essential for promoting [the development of refrigerated display cases].
This document serves as a key foundation for advancing technological innovation, ensuring product quality, and promoting international cooperation. It is also a core component of my country's refrigeration equipment standardization system.
As a whole, by adopting the international standard ISO 23953-1:2023, my country's standards have been fully aligned with international advanced levels.
The implementation of this standard will strongly promote the technological upgrading and quality improvement of my country's refrigerated display cabinet industry, and provide a competitive edge for domestic and foreign enterprises in the market.
Strive to provide fair and transparent technical guidelines, and also for subsequent standards (such as GB/T 21001.2 "Refrigerated Display Cases Part 2: Classification, Requirements and...").
This laid the foundation for the formulation and revision of GB/T 21001.3 "Refrigerated Display Cabinets - Part 3: Test Evaluation", ultimately contributing to the development of my country's refrigeration industry.
The equipment industry is integrated into the global value chain system.
