5 Logo Application

5.1 Overview

Machinery and mechanical parts, the installation or reassembly of which may be a source of risk, should be marked with rating plates, nameplates, labels, stamps, engravings and color codes.

remember. The delivery of mechanical integral parts shall take into account such markings. Any logo on the device should be consistent with the accompanying document to avoid confusion.

Signs, symbols and textual information should be easy to understand and unambiguous, especially for mechanically related parts or functions.

The use of graphic symbols and safety signs should take precedence over textual information, as far as possible in accordance with standards IEC 60417 and ISO 7000.Safety Signs should comply with ISO 7010 (see Appendix A).

The text information should be in the language of the country in which the machine is used. If required by the user, a language that can be easily understood by operators and exposed personnel.

Parts of machinery or equipment, excluding consumables, provided that there is not sufficient space on them for clear lettering or printed markings, before the items are dispensed.

At least the specified information must be provided on the packaging.

When the machinery is installed according to the method specified by the manufacturer, the signs should be clearly visible. If this is not possible, additional signs or writing should be placed near the machinery.

Warning so that exposed personnel can see.

All stages of mechanical "life" markings are permanent and legible at all times (see also Chapter 7).

All equipment should be packaged in such a way that the equipment markings are maintained during transport.

Note 1.GB/T 5094.1 specifies the general principles of equipment information structure. In any system, guidelines are given in accordance with these principles for single-valued discrete targets refer to the composition and use of the code.

Indicates the different types of file items and information related to achieving the purpose of the installation. In order to facilitate maintenance, all or part of the reference code can be expressed in the equipment.

on or near the item.

Note 2.The ISO/IEC 37 guide provides user-friendly product instruction manual information.

5.2 Rated value representation

The International System of Units (SI) proposed by ISO 31-0 should be used. For more detailed application guidance see IEC 60027-1, IEC 60027-2, IEC 60027-3, IEC 60027-4 and ISO 1000.

Machinery shall be marked with ratings regarding safe use characteristics, such as.

--- input or output power, in watts;

--- working pressure, in Pascals;

--- Supply voltage, in volts;

--- Maximum speed, in revolutions per minute or meters per minute.

Each rating designation consists of the characteristic value followed by the unit symbol.

Machinery suitable for more than 2 discrete ratings shall be marked.

---Rated values are separated by slashes in descending order;

--- Units are represented by symbols.

For example. 3000r/min/1500r/min/750r/min 10MPa/5MPa/2MPa Machinery suitable for use within the rating range shall be marked with.

--- Limit values are separated by "~" symbols in increasing order;

--- Units are represented by symbols.

For example. 1000r/min~1500r/min-20°C~ 20°C 100Hz~400Hz 200Pa~500Pa Note. The marking of any mechanical power lead-in shall comply with the applicable requirements and representations in GB 17285.

6 Connection signs

6.1 Overview

All connectors need to be marked for the device to connect properly.

Connectors that can be quickly disconnected and replaced, the type and structure of connectors that can be dangerous when misconnected, whether selected or configured should be Make sure to connect correctly. If this is not possible, a distinguishable sign should be used. Color coding should only be used as a helper method.

6.2 Mechanical connection

Sometimes it is difficult to prevent the wrong connection of mechanical parts, and signs should be added to these parts to explain the correct connection method.

When it is necessary to identify lifting eye holes and alignment marks during mechanical installation and disassembly, the meaning of these marks shall be explained in the accompanying documents.

6.3 Hydraulic system connection

The connection passage, the position of the power take-off (test connection, discharge position) and the outlet (such as the outlet of the container) are clearly marked. logo Corresponds to the data on the circuit diagram. If color coding is used, the color meaning is given in the accompanying document.

6.4 Electrical connection

Electrical connections are marked as follows.

--- Bare conductors and insulators, in accordance with the provisions of 13.2.2 and 13.2.3 in GB 5226.1-2008;

--- Terminals, in accordance with the provisions of 5.1 and 5.2 in GB 5226.1-2008;

--- Plug and socket connection, in accordance with the provisions of 13.4.5 in GB 5226.1-2008.

7 Durability of signs and their connections

The marking shall remain throughout the mechanical life.

a) The connection is firm;

b) the handwriting is clear;

c) The color will not fade for a long time;

d) Resistant to all expected environmental conditions without damage due to environmental factors, such as. liquids, gases, climate, salt spray, temperature, light;

e) wear resistance;

f) Dimensionally stable.

The test methods required above shall be in accordance with the relevant product series and/or special product standards (Safety of Machinery as described in CB/T 15706.1 Type C standard).
