JB/T 9123-2010 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 21 January 2011 and has been in force since 1 April 2011.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9123-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard in the printing machinery group, and it concerns hot melt adhesive book cover binding machines. It gives the types and basic parameters of the machine, the requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, and then the marking, packaging, transport and storage provisions. The equipment it applies to is the hot melt adhesive machine that binds and wraps covers on books.
