This standard replaces GB/T 8533-1998 "small block making machine." This standard and GB/T 8533-1998 "small block making machine" compared to major changes in that.

1 Scope

China's national standard for concrete small block making machines. The block machine is the plant behind the block standard: it fills a mould with a stiff, almost dry concrete mix and consolidates it by vibration under pressure, then strips the mould immediately so the green blocks stand on their own and the machine can cycle again in seconds. That immediate demoulding is what makes the economics work and what makes the machine demanding, because the block has to hold its shape with no strength at all - which depends entirely on how well the vibration compacted it. So the machine's vibration system, its frequency and amplitude and how evenly it is applied across the mould, is what determines both the block's density and its dimensional consistency. The standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage, applies to vibration moulding machines producing ordinary concrete small blocks, and may be referenced for machines making paving blocks and other concrete small units.

This standard specifies the small block molding machine (hereinafter referred to as machine) classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, including Loading, transportation and storage. This standard applies to vibration molding mainly the production of ordinary concrete small block block making machine.
