Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces FZ/T 73016-2013 "Knitted thermal underwear flake type". Main technology compared with FZ/T 73016-2013 the changes are as follows.

---Modified the scope of application of the standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2013 edition);

---Adjusted the normative reference documents (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2013 edition);

--- Added the definition of flake-type products (see Chapter 3);

---Added the labeling principle of out-of-range numbers (see Chapter 4);

---Deleted the assessment indicators of bursting strength (2013 version 4.3.1 Table 1);

---Modified the assessment criteria for fiber content (see 5.2.1 Table 1, 2013 version 4.3.1 Table 1);

---Adjust the evaluation index of the washing size change rate (see 5.2.1 Table 1, 2013 version 4.3.1 Table 1);

---Increase the evaluation index of appearance quality after washing (see 5.2.1 Table 1);

---Increase the assessment indicators of filling quality (see 5.2.1 Table 1);

---Added the description of the assessment requirements for the color fastness of natural and bleached products (see 5.2.4);

---Add description of children's product assessment requirements (see 5.2.5);

---The assessment requirements for sewing defects have been added (see 5.3.1.1);

---Modified the division basis of the specification size deviation index and adjusted the index requirements (see 5.3.2 Table 3, 2013 version 4.4.5 Table 3);

---Added raw material regulations (see 5.3.5);

---Modified the content of internal quality judgment (see 8.1.1, 6.2 of the 2013 edition);

---Added result judgment, single piece judgment and others (8.1.3, 8.2 and 8.3);

---Modified the quotation regulations of children's product instructions (see 9.1, 7.1 of the 2013 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product numbers, requirements, test methods, judgment rules, and product use for flake-type knitted thermal underwear Description, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to flake-type knitted thermal underwear products with an insulation rate of 45% and above.

Not applicable to infant clothing aged 36 months and below.
