NB/T 42118-2017 is the technical specification of the Chinese energy industry for biomass-fired chain and travelling grate stoker boilers.

Its field of use is steam and hot water boilers using pure water as the working medium with a rated evaporation of 10 t/h to 180 t/h or a rated thermal power of 7 MW to 116 MW; biomass chain grate boilers of other capacities may follow it by reference.
