1 Scope
This document specifies the marking, technical requirements, test methods, signs, Packaging, transportation and storage.
This document is applicable to the design, manufacture and inspection of belt winding devices for retractable belt conveyors used in coal mines and non-coal mines, and other places. The tape reel device can be implemented for reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Belt take-up device
A device consisting of a hydraulic pump station, a belt clamping mechanism, a belt pulling mechanism, a belt winding mechanism, etc.
3.2 Clamping force of clamping mechanism
The pressure exerted by the entrainment mechanism on the conveyor belt under rated working pressure.
3.3 Pull-out belt tension
The tension generated by the pull-belt mechanism under rated working pressure.
3.4 Maximum roll diameter
The maximum tape diameter that the tape take-up device can operate normally.
3.5 Rated winding torque
The torque output by the hydraulic motor in the belt winding device at rated working pressure.
