Scope
NB/T 11263-2023 is the English-translated version of 煤矿主要通风机振动监测系统技术条件.
Vibration monitoring systems fitted to the main ventilation fans of coal mines are the subject of NB/T 11263-2023.
The technical requirements cover environmental conditions, power supply, system structure and configuration, placement of vibration measuring points, sensor installation, main functions, performance indicators, tolerance of supply fluctuations, operating stability and explosion protection under the GB/T 3836 series.
Matching test methods check system operation, functions, key technical indicators, supply fluctuation, working stability and explosion-proof performance. The standard also sets factory and type inspection rules and packaging, transport and storage requirements.
Manufacturers and mines use it when supplying and accepting such systems. Issued on 26 May 2023, it has applied since 26 November 2023.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Vibration monitoring system
According to the structural characteristics of the transmission chain of the monitored object, sensors are installed on the transmission chain components to continuously monitor the vibration number of each component.
A system that uses data and analyzes to evaluate the operating status of the object under test.
3.2 Monitoring substation
Complete sensor signal conditioning, signal acquisition, analog-to-digital conversion, data preprocessing and other functions, and has certain data storage media, data hardware device for data communication interface.
3.3 Vibration sensor
The sensor that measures the vibration amount of the relevant components in the main ventilator uses the detection element to measure the vibration parameters (vibration position) of the measured object.
(movement, speed, acceleration, etc.) into a proportional amount of electricity (such as voltage, current) output.
