Scope
NB/T 10751-2021 is the English-translated version of 矿用往复式气动注浆泵.
NB/T 10751-2021 is the product standard for reciprocating pneumatic grouting pumps used in mines. It applies to double-acting pumps driven by compressed air that deliver cement slurry with particles up to 1 mm or liquid polymer grouting materials.
The text covers model classification and designation, operating environment, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, together with marking, packaging, transport and storage.
Pump ratings are referred to a rated air supply pressure of 0.5 MPa, at which the maximum output pressure with the outlet closed, the rated output pressure (half of that maximum) and the rated flow in L/min are defined.
Flame-retardant and antistatic properties of polymer parts are checked to MT/T 113, and hoses to MT/T 98. Issued on 16 November 2021, it has applied since 16 February 2022.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
1 Scope
This document specifies the model classification and nomenclature, use environment, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, standards of mining reciprocating pneumatic grouting pumps registration, packaging, transportation and storage.
This document is applicable to mines that are driven by compressed air and the conveying medium is slurry (particles <= 1mm) or liquid polymer materials. Duplex pneumatic grouting pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump).

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Maximum output pressure
Under the rated air supply pressure of 0.5MPa, the output pressure of the pump outlet pipeline in the fully closed state, in megapascals (MPa).
3.2 Rated output pressure
Under the rated air supply pressure of 0.5MPa, the output pressure of the pump for continuous normal operation, the unit is megapascal (MPa).
Note: 0.5 times the maximum output working pressure as the rated output pressure.
3.3 Rated flow
Under the rated air supply pressure and rated output pressure of 0.5MPa, the output flow of the pump, the unit is liters per minute (L/min).
