JB/T 8999-2014 is the English-translated version of 光纤复合架空地线.
Optical fibre composite overhead ground wires, the earth wires of transmission lines that carry optical fibres within them, are covered by JB/T 8999-2014, a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard.
It gives terms and definitions for the product, its models, specifications and marking, its structure and delivery lengths, and then the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and the rules on packaging, transport and storage.
