1 Foreword

JB/T 7599.1-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 7599.1-1994.

It is one of 21 parts of the JB/T 7599 series.

2 Scope

This standard is the Chinese machinery industry recommended standard for the insulating enamels used on enamelled winding wires, issued as Part 1 of the JB/T 7599 series and carrying its general requirements. It fixes the coding and product designation of these insulating enamels, the physical and chemical properties they must show, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for packaging, marking, storage and transport. It quotes GB/T 6109.1, GB/T 6753.4, GB/T 7095.1 and GB/T 23312.1, and with the other parts of JB/T 7599 dated 2013. It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 7599.1-1994.
