1 Foreword

JB/T 7599.9-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.

It is one of 22 parts of the JB/T 7599 series.

2 Scope

This standard is part 9 of the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on insulating enamels for enamelled winding wires, and it covers class 155 polyurethane enamel. The part sets the technical requirements for this enamel and the inspection rules applied to it, and it prescribes how the product is packaged, labelled, stored and transported. What it describes is a class 155 enamel built on a polyisocyanate polyurethane resin system and thinned with a suitable solvent. Among the standards it quotes are the parts of GB/T 4074, GB/T 6109.10 and JB/T 7599.1-2013. Its Chinese classification is K12 and its international classification 29.060.01.
