JB/T 6909-2014 is the English-translated version of 超高压泵.

JB/T 6909-2014 is the recommended machinery industry standard of China for ultra-high pressure pumps. It lays down the types and the basic parameters of these pumps and sets the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging and storage.

Motor-driven reciprocating pumps with a rated discharge pressure between 100 MPa and 1000 MPa fall within it. Many standards are quoted with it, among them GB/T 699, GB/T 700, GB/T 1220, GB/T 3077, GB 3836.1, GB/T 9439, GB/T 13306, GB/T 13384 and JB/T 9090.

It replaces JB/T 6909-1993. Issued on 9 July 2014, it has applied since 1 November 2014.

JB/T 6909-2014 was issued by MIIT on 9 July 2014 and has been in force since 1 November 2014.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 6909-1993.

2 Scope

This standard is the recommended machinery industry standard of China for ultra-high pressure pumps. It lays down the types and the basic parameters of these pumps and sets the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging and storage. Motor-driven reciprocating pumps with a rated discharge pressure between 100 MPa and 1000 MPa fall within it. Many standards are quoted with it, among them GB/T 699, GB/T 700, GB/T 1220, GB/T 3077, GB 3836.1, GB/T 9439, GB/T 13306, GB/T 13384 and JB/T 9090. It replaces JB/T 6909-1993.
