1 Foreword

JB/T 6313.2-2011 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 18 May 2011 and has been in force since 1 August 2011.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 6313.2-1992.

It is one of 5 parts of the JB/T 6313 series.

2 Scope

This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that forms the second part of JB/T 6313 on braided copper wires for electrical purposes and deals with the diagonal, or twill, braided wires. It gives their models and sizes, the technical requirements and the inspection rules. It applies to diagonal, or twill, braided wires and their sets, braided copper wire and tinned copper braided wire among them. The standard carries the Chinese classification K11 and the international classification 29.060.10. It quotes GB/T 3048.4-2007, GB/T 4909.2-2009 and JB/T 6313.1-2011.
