1 Foreword
JB/T 10020-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 10020-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for universal gear measuring machines. It states the terms and definitions that apply to such machines, their types and basic parameters, the requirements they must satisfy, the test methods, and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. The scope of application is set in terms of the module of the gears to be measured. The standard carries the Chinese classification J42 and the international classification 17.040.30.
