HG/T 3923-2007 is the Chinese chemical industry standard that fixes the water quality required of reclaimed water reused in industrial circulating cooling systems. It gives the water quality indicators that the reclaimed water has to meet, and it applies to reclaimed water used as make-up water for cooling circuits. The indicators are measured with the analytical standards it quotes, among them GB/T 7488, GB/T 14415, GB/T 14643.1, GB/T 15451, GB/T 15452, GB/T 15453, GB/T 15456, GB/T 15893.1, GB/T 15893.2 and GB/T 17133, together with the chemical industry methods HG/T 3539 and HG/T 3540. It carries the Chinese classification G76 and the international classification 13.060.25. Issued on 13 April 2007, it has applied since 1 October 2007.
