Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 9234-2008 "motorized reciprocating pump".

Compared with GB/T 9234-2008, the main technical changes of this standard except for editorial changes are as follows.

--- Expanded the scope of the standard, increased the "coal to oil" medium, flow expansion to 650m³/L (see Chapter 1, 2008 edition of the first Chapter 1);

--- Improved pump performance requirements, pump efficiency and pump volume factor have been improved (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2008 edition);

--- Increased the noise requirements of the pump, the highest noise value decreased by 1dB~3dB (sound pressure level) as a whole (see Table 2, 2008 edition) Table 2);

--- Increased the reliability requirements of the pump, and increased the operating life of the first overhaul from 12000h to 20000h (see 5.4.2, 2008). Version 5.4.2);

--- Increased the life requirements of the wearing parts of the pump, wherein the valve group life index requirements are specified separately according to the medium (see Table 3, 2008) Table 3 of the annual edition);

--- Modify the non-destructive testing requirements for shafts and crankshafts, no longer limit the specific non-destructive testing methods (see 5.5.1.1, 5.5.1.1 of the 2008 edition);

--- Increase the requirements of the variable speed prime mover and the inverter governor (see 5.12.2.3, 5.12.2.4);

--- Increased the pump outlet pressure must not exceed 1.25 times the pump rated discharge when the safety relief device with full discharge function is activated Pressure (see 5.12.6.3);

--- Change the "pulsation stabilization device" to "pulse suppression device" to increase the recommended technical requirements for the pulsation suppression device (see 5.12.7, Appendix C, 5.12.7 of the 2008 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the information confirmation, requirements, test and inspection, delivery preparation, marking, packaging and of the motorized reciprocating pump (hereinafter referred to as "pump"). Storage.
