Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 6197-2000 "Roller type veneer dryer" and GB/T 6199-2000 "Net-belt type veneer dryer".

Compared with GB/T 6197-2000 and GB/T 6199-2000, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

b) The product structure diagram was changed, and the structure diagrams of the hot air circulation roller dryer and the horizontal circulation mesh belt single-plate dryer were deleted. (See Chapter 4, 3.1 of the 2000 edition);

c) Deleted the tolerance in parameters (3.2 of the 2000 edition);

d) Added provisions for automatic deviation adjustment devices and motor energy efficiency (see 6.1.8, 6.1.12);

e) Added the provisions for the length tolerance of rollers, idlers and end rollers (see 6.2.1);

f) Added the provisions for the installation and positioning of the rack on the leveling track (see 6.3.6);

g) Added safety requirements (see 6.4);

h) Added the provisions for the rated power of the motor in the cold idling test, hot idling test and load test (see 6.7.1.3, 6. 7.2.2d), 6.8.5);

i) The temperature difference inside the machine has been deleted (see Appendix B of the 2000 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging and storage of veneer dryers.

This document applies to roller veneer dryers and mesh belt veneer dryers for drying wood veneers (collectively referred to as "veneer dryers", hereinafter Referred to as "dryer").
