1 Scope

GB/T 4893 provisions of this part of the test method for wood furniture surface resistance to impact performance.

This section applies to assessing the wooden pieces of furniture surface coating impact resistance.

3 Test principle

A cylindrical steel impact block, along the height of free fall from a predetermined vertical ducts, impinging on the specimen surface and having a predetermined diameter

The hardness of the ball, according to the sample surface by the impact of the extent of the destruction of parts of the film to a digital representation of the film rating to assess the impact of performance.

4 Test Equipment

4.1 impactor

4.1.1 horizontal base

4.1.3 impact block

4.1.4 Ball

Ball outer diameter of phi14 0-0.01mm (see Figure 1), the hardness of 60HRC ~ 66HRC, other requirements should be consistent with GB/T 308
