4.1 Requirements for practitioners

Practitioners should be in good health and have the professional knowledge and skills required for quality control of fruit and vegetable product sales.

4.2 Facility and Equipment Environment Requirements

4.2.1 Sales enterprises should reasonably arrange and install facilities and equipment according to production process requirements, and ensure safe production and safe operation.
