Scope

GB/T 41714-2022 is the English-translated version of 农业社会化服务生鲜农产品电子商务交易服务规范.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Fresh agricultural products

Fresh agricultural products produced through planting, breeding, harvesting, fishing, etc., without processing or primary processing, for human consumption.

3.2 E-commerce platform

In e-commerce activities, the sum of information network systems that provide transaction matching and related services for two or more parties in a transaction. [Source: GB/T 31524-2015, 3.2]

3.3 E-commerce operator

Natural persons, legal persons and unincorporated organizations engaged in business activities of selling goods or providing services through the Internet and other information networks.

3.4 E-commerce platform operator

In e-commerce, services such as online business place, transaction matching, and information release are provided for two or more parties to a transaction.
