1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements for placing fresh white fungus before pre-cooling, pre-cooling, packaging, storage, cold chain transportation, and marking.

3.1 Fresh white jely fungus
Fresh tremella fruiting body.
Note: Including fresh tremella fruiting bodies with auricular base, without auricular base and with fungus sticks.
3.2 Cold chain
