Scope

GB/T 42025-2022 is the English-translated version of 智能制造 射频识别系统 超高频RFID系统性能测试方法.

GB/T 42025-2022 describes a general method for testing the performance of UHF RFID systems used in intelligent manufacturing, and clause 1 applies it to exactly that.

Its contents list covers the general test requirements - test item selection, standard atmospheric conditions, preprocessing, default tolerance, measurement uncertainty, identification and read/write tests, communication parameters, tag arrangement, length and velocity sampling steps, direction of movement and the test report - and then one clause each for reader immunity, mutual interference between densely deployed readers, tag environmental adaptability, stacked tag performance, multi-tag access capability and movement speed in typical application scenarios, with a normative annex of those scenarios.

It defines tag read sensitivity as the minimum carrier power the tag needs to complete a command sequence. Issued 14 October 2022, applied from 1 May 2023.
