Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

Introduction

The high-voltage AC circuit breaker used in the filter is an important equipment in the high-voltage DC transmission system. However, the special operating conditions of the AC filter are Requirements for the insulation, mechanical, closing and breaking performance of circuit breakers are different from those of conventional high-voltage AC circuit breakers. In order to make high pressure and ultra, The design, manufacture and test of high-voltage AC circuit breakers for filters in UHV DC transmission systems are complied with, and this document is specially formulated. this document Considering different use environments and engineering application conditions, the high-voltage AC circuit breaker used in the filter has a higher safe operating margin and can be used. dependability.

The technical requirements proposed in this document are based on the filters of DC transmission systems with voltage levels of ±500kV, ±800kV, and ±1100kV.

The scientific research conclusions of the insulation, mechanical, closing and breaking performance of high-voltage AC circuit breakers are summarized in the summary of the rated voltage of 252kV in the DC converter station.

Based on the technical parameters and test methods of circuit breakers used in AC filter groups and above, combined with the current national and industry standards for high-voltage AC circuit breakers.

It is compiled with reference to the design, operation and test experience of filter circuit breakers at home and abroad.

This document is used together with GB/T 11022. In order to simplify the expression of the same requirements, the chapter numbers of this document are the same as those of GB/T 11022. same. The numbering begins with 101 for new clauses supplemented under the same citation heading. High voltage AC circuit breaker for filter

1 Scope

This document specifies the outdoor AC filters (including frequency 50Hz, rated voltage 252kV and above) in the converter station Conditions of use, ratings, design and construction, testing, selection guidelines, transportation, storage, installation, operation and maintenance of circuit breakers for shunt capacitors) and other requirements.

This document is mainly aimed at circuit breakers for AC filter groups that are frequently operated in engineering.

Note 1. The circuit breakers for filter groups are usually only used to break several parallel filter group circuits, and do not need to withstand the closing inrush current in normal operating procedures.

Moreover, the frequency of operation is much lower than that of circuit breakers used in filter groups. Refer to the C1-level single capacitor bank switching test in GB/T 1984-2014. related requirements.

Note 2. In order to limit the closing inrush current, the high-voltage AC circuit breaker for the filter usually adopts the closing resistor or the phase selection control device.

Note 3. If the circuit breaker that has passed the GB/T 1984-2014 type test is used as the high-voltage AC circuit breaker for the filter, the use conditions specified in this document Special requirements such as parts, design and structure, and the content of Chapter 7 are necessary supplements.

Note 4. High-voltage AC circuit breakers for filters usually have strong capacitor bank current breaking capacity and certain short-circuit current breaking capacity, and do not require near-zone faults. and out-of-step fault breaking and automatic reclosing capabilities.
