Scope

GB/T 33346-2025 is the English-translated version of 风力发电导电轨(密集型母线槽).

GB/T 33346-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the compact insulated busway that carries power down a wind turbine tower — the climatic and vibration conditions inside a tower or a nacelle, the interface characteristics and the structural requirements, the performance up to 1000 V AC, the test verification and the routine inspection, and the offshore tests in the appendix for the salt spray and damp heat a sea tower puts on the enclosure. It replaces GB/T 33346-2016, under the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association. In force from 1 February 2026. Issued on 1 August 2025, it has been in force since 1 February 2026, replacing GB/T 33346-2016.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 33346-2016 Wind Power Conductor Rail (Dense Busbar Duct) and is consistent with GB/T 33346-2016.

In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

— Changed the scope (Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2016 edition);

— Changed the terms and definitions of wind power conductor rails (see 3.1, 3.1 of the 2016 edition);

— Deleted some terms and definitions (see 3.2 to 3.8 of the 2016 edition);

— Changed the normal use conditions (see 4.1, 4.1.1.1 to 4.1.1.3 of the 2016 edition);

— Added sea surface pollution level (see 4.1.2);

— Deleted the rated frequency requirements in the rated data (see 5.1.4 of the 2016 edition);

— Changed the requirements for insulating materials (see 6.2.3, 5.3.3 of the 2016 edition);

— Changed the dielectric performance requirements and dielectric performance verification methods (see 7.1, 8.4.7, 6.4.7 of the 2016 edition);

— Added corrosion resistance verification and insulation material performance verification (see 8.4.1, 8.4.2);

— Added fungus resistance test (see 8.4.12);

— Added other tests for offshore wind power bus duct (see 8.4.13);

— Added offshore wind power bus duct related tests (see Appendix A).
