GB/T 41996-2022 is the English-translated version of 开关设备数字化车间运行管理模型指南.

GB/T 41996-2022 is the Chinese national guide to the operation management models of a digital switchgear assembly workshop.

After the basis on which such a model is built, it describes eight models in turn - production planning and scheduling, production line operation, material distribution, equipment management, quality inspection, product manufacturing, process and safety - and treats each one the same way, through its running model, its drive data, its running process and the output of its results.

It is written to guide the digital assembly workshops of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear rated 72.5 kV and above and of 3.6 kV~40.5 kV metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear, and says other switchgear can apply it by reference. Issued on 14 October 2022, it has applied since 1 May 2023.

1 Scope

This document provides the basis for the construction of the digital workshop operation management model of switchgear, the production planning and scheduling model, the production line operation model, the material Guides such as material distribution model, equipment management model, quality inspection model, product manufacturing model, process model and safety model.

This document is applicable to guide 72.5kV and above gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear and 3.6kV~40.5kV metal-enclosed switchgear The operation management model of the digital assembly workshop of equipment and control equipment is built, and other switchgear can be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18725-2008 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear
