Scope
GB/T 41548-2022 is the English-translated version of 畜禽屠宰加工设备 畜禽肉分割线.
GB/T 41548-2022 is the Chinese national standard for the meat cutting line used in livestock and poultry slaughtering and processing.
It gives the configuration of the line, the general technical requirements, the technical requirements of each main machine, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions on marking, packaging, transport and storage.
It applies to the design, manufacture, installation, testing, inspection and management of these lines. Equipment builders, meat plants and the inspectors who accept a line use it. Issued on 15 April 2022, it has applied since 1 November 2022.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
1 Scope
This document specifies the configuration, general technical requirements, main equipment technical requirements, test methods of the livestock and poultry meat dividing line (hereinafter referred to as the dividing line) law, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
This document applies to the design, manufacture, installation, testing, inspection and use management of livestock and poultry dividing lines.
