Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
This document is part 2 of GB/T 41346 "Safety Protection of Machinery and Equipment Transshipment". GB/T 41346 has been released the following parts.
--- Part 1: Structural design criteria;
--- Part 2: Safety requirements for tensioning devices.
Introduction
In the process of mechanical equipment transfer, especially for heavy equipment weighing dozens of tons or even hundreds of tons, due to vibration, center of gravity shift and other reasons Safety accidents such as equipment falling and overturning not only directly lead to equipment damage, but also may cause casualties to surrounding personnel.
GB/T 41346 "Safety Protection for Mechanical Equipment Transshipment" includes two aspects. the design of the protective structure and the firm fixation during the transfer of the equipment.
The purpose is to ensure the stability and safety of mechanical equipment during the transfer process, so as to protect the mechanical equipment and related personnel safety.
GB/T 41346 "Safety Protection of Machinery and Equipment Transshipment" consists of the following two parts.
--- Part 1: Structural design guidelines. Specifies the design criteria for protective structures to ensure that during the transfer of mechanical equipment The protective structure can play its fixing role;
--- Part 2: Safety requirements for tensioning devices. Specifies the tensioning devices used during the transfer of mechanical equipment to ensure that the During the transfer of mechanical equipment, the tensioning device can play its role of tensioning and fixing.
The safety standard system in the field of machinery consists of the following types of standards.
--- Class A standard (basic safety standard), giving the basic concepts, design principles and general characteristics applicable to all machinery.
--- Class B standard (general safety standard), involving a safety feature of machinery or a class of safety devices with a wide range of use.
- Class B1, standard for safety features (such as safety distance, surface temperature, noise);
- Class B2, safety devices (such as two-hand control devices, interlocking devices, pressure-sensitive devices, protective devices) standards.
--- Class C standard (machine product safety standard), a standard that specifies detailed safety requirements for a specific machine or a group of machines.
According to GB/T 15706-2012, this document belongs to category B2 standard.
This document is particularly relevant to the following stakeholders related to machinery safety.
--- machine manufacturer;
--- Health and Safety Agency. Other stakeholders affected by the level of machinery safety are.
--- machine users;
--- the owner of the machine;
--- service providers;
--- Consumers (for machinery intended for use by consumers).
All of the above-mentioned stakeholders may have participated in the drafting of this document.
In addition, this document is intended for standardization bodies drafting Type C standards.
The requirements specified in this document may be supplemented or modified by Type C standards.
For machines that are within the scope of the C-type standard and have been designed and manufactured in accordance with the C-type standard, the requirements in the C-type standard are preferred.
1 Scope
This document specifies safety requirements and usage information for tensioning devices.
This document applies to tensioning devices used during the transfer of mechanical equipment.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15706-2012 and GB/T 41346.1-2022 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Tensioningdevice
A device used to restrain the displacement of mechanical equipment during the transfer of mechanical equipment.
Note: commonly known as tensioner, usually used with ropes or chains.
3.1.1 Lever tensioner
Using the principle of lever, a tensioning device in a tensioned state is directly realized by pulling the handle.
Note: The schematic diagram of the structure is shown in Figure 1.
3.1.2 Indirect tensioner
Using the principle of lever, a tensioning device that indirectly realizes the tensioning state by pulling the handle to act on the movable block.
Note: The schematic diagram of the structure is shown in Figure 2.
3.1.3 Ratchet tensioner
A tensioning device that achieves a tensioned state through a ratchet.
Note: The schematic diagram of the structure is shown in Figure 3.
