Scope

GB/T 41346.1-2022 is the English-translated version of 机械安全 机械装备转运安全防护 第1部分:结构设计准则.

GB/T 41346.1-2022 is the first part of the Chinese standard on the protection to be fitted when machinery is moved, and it covers the design of the protective structure.

It gives the basic requirements for that design, the design requirements themselves and the information for use that goes with the structure. It applies to the structural design of the safety protection used while machinery is transported or transferred.

Machine builders, packers and hauliers use it. Issued on 9 March 2022, it has applied since 1 October 2022.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document is part 1 of GB/T 41346 "Safety Protection of Machinery and Equipment Transshipment". GB/T 41346 has been released the following parts.

--- Part 1: Structural design criteria;

--- Part 2: Safety requirements for tensioning devices.

Introduction

In the process of mechanical equipment transfer, especially for heavy equipment weighing dozens of tons or even hundreds of tons, due to vibration, center of gravity shift and other reasons Safety accidents such as equipment falling and overturning not only directly lead to equipment damage, but also may cause casualties to surrounding personnel.

GB/T 41346 "Safety Protection for Mechanical Equipment Transshipment" includes two aspects. the design of the protective structure and the firm fixation during the transfer of the equipment.

The purpose is to ensure the stability and safety of mechanical equipment during the transfer process, so as to protect the mechanical equipment and related personnel safety.

GB/T 41346 "Safety Protection of Machinery and Equipment Transshipment" consists of the following two parts.

--- Part 1: Structural design guidelines. Specifies the design criteria for protective structures to ensure that during the transfer of mechanical equipment The protective structure can play its fixing role.

--- Part 2: Safety requirements for tensioning devices. Specifies the tensioning devices used during the transfer of mechanical equipment to ensure that the During the transfer of mechanical equipment, the tensioning device can play its role of tensioning and fixing.

The safety standard system in the field of machinery consists of the following types of standards.

--- Class A standard (basic safety standard), giving the basic concepts, design principles and general characteristics applicable to all machinery.

--- Class B standard (general safety standard), involving a safety feature of machinery or a class of safety devices with a wide range of use.

- Class B1, standard for safety features (such as safety distance, surface temperature, noise);

- Class B2, safety devices (such as two-hand control devices, interlocking devices, pressure-sensitive devices, protective devices) standards.

--- Class C standard (machine product safety standard), a standard that specifies detailed safety requirements for a specific machine or a group of machines.

According to GB/T 15706-2012, this document belongs to category B2 standard.

This document is particularly relevant to the following stakeholders related to machinery safety.

--- machine manufacturer;

--- Health and Safety Agency. Other stakeholders affected by the level of machinery safety are.

--- machine users;

--- the owner of the machine;

--- service providers;

--- Consumers (for machinery intended for use by consumers).

All of the above-mentioned stakeholders may have participated in the drafting of this document.

In addition, this document is intended for standardization bodies drafting Type C standards.

The requirements specified in this document may be supplemented or modified by Type C standards.

For machines that are within the scope of the C-type standard and have been designed and manufactured in accordance with the C-type standard, the requirements in the C-type standard are preferred.

1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements for the design of the safety protection structure, the design requirements and the use of the safety protection structure for the safety protection of mechanical equipment transfer use information.

This document is applicable to the structural design of the safety protection for the transfer of mechanical equipment.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated citations documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15706-2012 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Guardingstructure

During the transfer of mechanical equipment, it is used to protect the mechanical equipment from damage or damage caused by mechanical effects such as vibration, impact and collision. A protective structure that bears loads.

3.2 Load

Various direct or indirect effects exerted on the protective structure to generate internal force and deformation of the structure or component.

3.3 Mechanical equipment

A collection of various machines, equipment, and tooling that are used to produce a certain product or type of product.

4 Basic requirements

4.1 The design of the protective structure should be based on the characteristics of the product and the transport environment to make the structure safe, reliable, economical and reasonable.

4.2 When designing a protective structure, materials, structural plans and structural measures should be selected reasonably based on the actual situation, and should be in line with the mechanical equipment and its protective measures.

The load-bearing and stability requirements of the protective structure during transportation, loading and unloading. When necessary, it should also meet the requirements of moisture-proof and anti-corrosion.

4.3 The force of the protective structure should be simple and clear, reduce the stress concentration, and try to avoid the three-way tension of the material.
