Scope

GB/T 41333-2022 is the English-translated version of 石灰煅烧成套装备技术要求.

GB/T 41333-2022 sets the technical requirements for complete lime calcination plant. It gives the composition of the plant and its basic parameters, the requirements it has to meet, the safety and environmental protection provisions, the installation acceptance and commissioning, the performance test and the documents delivered with the plant.

It applies to complete lime rotary kiln plant and to complete lime shaft kiln plant, the shaft kilns including double-chamber, single-chamber, annular sleeve and beam kilns.

Plant builders, lime producers and the engineers who accept a kiln use it. Issued on 9 March 2022, it has applied since 1 October 2022.

1 Scope

This document specifies the equipment composition and basic parameters, requirements, safety and environmental protection, installation acceptance and commissioning, performance of complete sets of lime calcining equipment Test, deliver files.

This document applies to complete sets of lime rotary kiln calcination equipment (hereinafter referred to as "rotary kiln equipment") and lime shaft kiln calcination complete sets of equipment (hereinafter referred to as "rotary kiln equipment"). referred to as "shaft kiln equipment"). The shaft kiln equipment includes but is not limited to double-chamber shaft kiln equipment, single-chamber shaft kiln equipment, annular sleeve kiln equipment and beam type Kiln equipment.
