Scope
GB/T 40769-2021 is the English-translated version of 基础地理信息服务质量评价.
GB/T 40769-2021 sets out how to evaluate the quality of fundamental geographic information services, the network services that store, exchange, convert, process and present basic geographic data for users.

3.3 Service item
The smallest functional unit of basic geographic information services.
3.4 User
