Scope
GB/T 40766-2021 is the English-translated version of 数字航天摄影测量 控制测量规范.
GB/T 40766-2021 sets out how ground control is surveyed for digital space photogrammetry, the production of basic geographic information from satellite images combined with control points measured in the field.
It covers general requirements on spatial reference, basic control results, image control point types and accuracy, satellite image data and instruments, followed by data collection, survey area inspection and technical design.
It then specifies the layout and measurement of basic control points and of image control points, for single models, single-scene images and regional networks, with result tables, electronic point notes and information collection.
Quality control and the arrangement and delivery of results close the document. It applies to the control survey phase of producing basic geographic information at scales from 1:5 000 to 1:100 000. It was issued on 11 October 2021 and has applied since 11 October 2021.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
Introduction
In recent years, with the continuous development of aerospace technology, remote sensing satellites can image the earth for a long time and periodically, and have fast data acquisition.
The advantages of speed, low cost, and no regional restrictions have gradually become an important means for people to observe geospatial information.
The resolution, high agility and maneuverability, and high positioning accuracy have opened up a broad market for the application of satellite image data. Current Optical Remote Sensing Satellite Image It has become the main data source for the construction of basic geographic information resources and other remote sensing applications.
Fan, to establish a complete aerospace photogrammetry standard system to fill in the gaps in digital aerospace photogrammetry standards.
In order to adapt to the current technical requirements and development level of surveying and mapping production, it is necessary to formulate specifications for control measurement in digital aerospace photogrammetry.
The standard system shall be improved. The standards used in conjunction with this standard are "Digital Aerospace Photogrammetry Air Triangulation Specification", "Digital Aerospace Specification for Photogrammetric Mapping.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic regulations, preparations, basic control point layout and measurement, The requirements for image control point layout, image control point measurement, image control point decoration, quality control, results collation and submission, and the corresponding verification methods are described.
This standard is applicable to the 1:5000, 1:10000, 1:25000, 1:50000, 1:100000 basic geographic information digital results in the production operation of the control and measurement phase.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Digital space photogrammetry
Based on the continuous digital images of the ground obtained by the sensors on the spacecraft, combined with the plane and elevation information of the control points obtained in the field, Use the computer system to measure the whole process of digital basic geographic information achievements.
3.2 Stereoscopic satellite image
Obtained by satellites with the same or different orbital stereo imaging capabilities that can form a stereo pair (the intersection angle of the rays of the same name is greater than 10°) Satellite imagery.
3.3 Monolithic satellite image
Satellite images acquired by satellites without stereo imaging capabilities, or satellites with stereo imaging capabilities cannot constitute stereo images Right (the light rays of the same name meet in space with an angle of less than 10°) satellite images.
3.4 Single-view satellite image
A scene or a single satellite image.
