Scope

GB/T 40713-2021 is the English-translated version of 建筑陶瓷生产成套装备通用技术要求.

GB/T 40713-2021 sets the general technical requirements for complete sets of equipment used to produce building ceramics.

It defines the terms and the composition of a complete set, then gives requirements system by system: raw material preparation, forming, drying, glazing and decoration, firing, deep processing, sorting and packaging, warehouse logistics and control.

It also covers environmental protection and safety requirements, appearance, test methods, installation, commissioning and acceptance, and the documents to be delivered with the equipment.

It applies to complete equipment for making dry-pressed and extruded ceramic tiles, and is used by equipment makers and ceramic plants. It was issued on 11 October 2021 and has applied since 1 May 2022.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions of the complete set of building ceramic production equipment (hereinafter referred to as the complete set of equipment), the composition of the complete set of equipment, and technical requirements. Requirements, environmental protection requirements, safety requirements, appearance requirements, test methods, installation and commissioning, acceptance and delivery documents.

This document is applicable to complete sets of equipment for the production of building ceramic dry-pressed bricks and extruded bricks.
