1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of alumina ceramic substrates for copper clad laminates.
This standard applies to the production, sales and use of alumina ceramic substrates for copper clad laminates, and other sliced alumina ceramics can also be used as a reference.

3 Technical requirements
