3.1 Method selection

3.1.1

When selecting an evaluation method, it is advisable to analyze the benefits according to the evaluation purpose, evaluation object, value type, data collection and other relevant conditions

3.1.2

For the selection of evaluation methods, it is necessary to consider the following factors.

c) If the evaluation object can be re-developed as an independent R&D project, the cost method should be used.
