0.1 Overview
The Fourth Industrial Revolution, characterized by rapid technological innovation and exponential growth, has triggered social changes in many aspects and changed people's lives.
Digital technology can not only help people learn new skills, promote social interaction, and develop independence and self-reliance, but also help them improve their lifestyles, work patterns, and interpersonal relationships.
It can also improve the level of public services and enhance social welfare.
However, this does not mean that everything needs to be digitized, nor does it mean that everyone must always be connected to the digital world.
The impact of digital technology on society and economy is not always positive and inclusive. In fact, digital technology may bring opportunities as well as This can exacerbate inequalities, so that not everyone benefits equally from the digital transformation.

In this ageing society, some members of society, including the elderly, are more likely to experience a digital divide and have limited equal access to digital technologies.

3.2 Ageing Society
A population structure in which the elderly population accounts for a certain proportion or more of the total population.
Note. Different countries and regions may have different definitions of an aging society. The two most popular views are that the number of people aged 60 and above reaches To 10% of the total population or the number of elderly people aged 65 and above reaches 7% of the total population. 3.3 Older people
