GB/T 24438.4-2024 is the English-translated version of 自然灾害灾情统计 第4部分:统计报表.
GB/T 24438.4-2024 is the Chinese national standard covering the forms on which a county reports a disaster upward — the four categories of report, quick, annual, winter-and-spring relief and summary, the ten report types inside them and the codes that identify each one, the normative table layouts in Appendix A, and the filling-in instructions in Appendix B that fix what each cell means so that figures from different provinces can be added together. Part 4 of the GB/T 24438 series, after the basic indicators, the extended indicators and the stratified random sampling parts. First edition, under the Ministry of Emergency Management. In force from 1 March 2025. Issued on 28 November 2024, it has been in force since 1 March 2025.

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, coding, format and content of natural disaster statistical reports.
This document applies to statistical surveys and information sharing on natural disaster situations.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Statistical forms
According to the national unified survey requirements and documents (indicators, table formats, calculation methods, etc.), unified top-down arrangement and bottom-up A survey method in which basic statistical data is provided step by step.
3.2 Quick report case report
A statistical report that summarizes the losses caused by a single natural disaster and the disaster relief work.
3.3 Annual report
Statistical report on the losses caused by natural disasters and disaster relief work throughout the year.
3.4 winter-spring relief report
A statistical report on the living assistance provided to disaster victims during the winter and spring famine.
3.5 Toll report
Statistical report on the disaster situation of individuals (people or households) and the assistance they received.
4 Report classification and coding
